Atrocious customer service. My garden furniture arrived damaged on 19.04 2024, I contacted them immediately and sent photos as requested. Today is 14 days since, and they are now asking for my order number to chase it, even though I have chased it up twice since 19th, and they send me a ticket saying they are dealing with it. Absolutely no customer care at all.
