bsolutely awful customer service. Nearly 3 hours to get through to them to be told my microwave was not under guarantee because it was over 6 months old. Now personally I thought electrical goods had a years guarantee. To add salt to the wound I was told I needed to pay for a VAT test (independently) to ascertain whether the microwaves breakdown was down to a manufacturer fault. I am gobsmacked!! Customer Service Operative then put the phone down on me. An absolute disgrace. I will never shop at The Range again.
