Now is the time to approach watchdog and seek legal advice. Been waiting several months for a refund and have made countless calls to customer service and each time after waiting 2.5 plus hours to speak with someone, I keep getting fobbed off. Been trying again all weekend to speak with someone but no one is answering, absolutely disgusting service the worst in the world. How can you run a business like this. You owe me money so pay up.
