Been waiting over 2 months for a refund, have been trying all week to chase this up again, get put in a phone queue and have waited up to 2.5 hrs with no response, have emailed numerous times and no response. This is the worse company I’ve ever dealt with. Think twice before purchasing from this company because if you have any issue you’ve got no chance getting it resolved. I will keep posting a review every few days until I get my refund, not that the CEO of this company gives a dam, as there are hundreds of negative reviews. Every customer having the same issue with the customer services team. Disgusting service, you should be ashamed.
