Placed a order on the 26th may , of a electric bbq , said it would be with me in five days , n that I would have a text or email to confirm when arriving, , now on the 9th of June , have tried to ring customer services what a joke that is get no answer even when on the line each time for over a hour ! Send emails get no response! Quick enough to take money ! Thanks but no thanks won’t be buying from u again , here is my pic of the bbq … oh that’s right it not even turned up !
