Terrible customer service. Long wait on the phone and issue still not resolved. I asked for item to be cancelled the following morning after I’d ordered it but it was dispatched two days later and I wasn’t able to cancel with Parcelforce. Total waste of company time and money! I had to stay in to refuse it and Parcelforce returned it to the depot. I’m still waiting for a refund. Their messaging system is a nightmare. Very frustrating. Lucky to get any response and it generally takes 4 or more days.
