Absolutely shocking customer service! We had the Cambridge Outdoor dining set delivered damaged. After trying to get a reply on the live chat for over 24hrs, finally got a reply - They offered me £150 store card or £75 back on the card I purchased with, to keep the damaged goods, which I refused. After a few more questions where I was trying to ascertain the best resolve - 'Kate' ended the chat. They have not responded to any further messages or emails, so I'm left with a broken set and £1500 down. I will never shop here again.
