Goods oedered on line did not arrive. Customer Service number is useless and after 2 hrs in queue the lines closed but left me in a queue. On line contact is also useless as takes ages to get a reply and still didn't resolve the issue. Even head office don't reply to your letter. Worst Customer Service ever. Just don't order on line.
