The WORST Customer Service I have ever engaged with! I placed my order 22nd May (2 swinging chairs totalling £499.90) and still not received the item and 7 weeks later I still have not received the items. I have requested to cancel my order 5 days ago and nobody has processed this. I have sent 6 email messages and twice I waited on their Live Chat for over an hour and still no-one gets back to you! Disgusting and I'm now off to the ombudsman!
