I placed this order on 6th July for a chair which arrived broken and I reported on the same day. I have also tried online chat. I want the chair collected and full refund. I don't like the chair. I also don't like and I will never buy from The Range again. I am feeling paranoid. I have been waiting almost two weeks and there is no response. What should take 2-days with other retailer, it take more than 2-weeks with The Range. There is no contact number. I think The Range knows how bad their customers services is and that why they don't want the customers shouting over the phone.
