I ordered a garden sofa set which arrived on time but the frame was damaged either in transit or when packaged up. I took photos and sent on all platforms, whatsapp, email, messenger, live chat and all you receive is an automated message offering you a 5% cash back or a 10% gift card or an exchange ( which does not exist on their website), when you reply you keep getting an automated email to say that your issue has been updated but no one actually replies to arrange a return or refund.
The items cannot be posted as they are too big so I am stuck at what to do?? Please help...
