Abdolutely attrocious customer service..i paid £150 for a garden table that arrived with a damaged support. This was in May 2024!!!
Been promised for two months a replacement is coming but after 5 emails to them (seems from the replies another foreign based cistomer service line) i am no further ahead
I will never buy from them again and would recommrnd people to avoid purchases from the Range on-line as you will get no response once goods arrive damaged. They wash their hands of all complaints.
