I ordered a garden umbrella
It got delivered and then I realised I had ordered wrong one
It’s in the same packaging.
I took it back to the Range to return
Informed by the rude customer service agent that it can only be done online to return
I drove home with the huge boxed umbrella
You can only WhatsApp the range with no phone number to talk to a human being
3 days later I get a response to return the huge boxed product to Nottingham!!
They expect customers to post at their own cost. I AM NEVER SHOPPING WITH THEM EVER AGAIN
