Purchased a garden sofa set. Extremely poor quality, once put together. Complained to customer services, just told lies upon lies, excuses and them saying I gave them incorrect bank details.
This is now 4 weeks. Wanted to return item, however was told,if no orginal boxes,item could not be returned, so was basically told 10% refund or nothing. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced, staff are rude, refuse to help and just will not answer question.
No 10% refund, stuck with poor quality item. Will never use this company again.
