Bought an olive green bucket chair £109 range marketplace on line arrived looked lovely but that evening saw the bottom edge was puckered material not pulled right looked odd as other side tight
Contacted range an finally after a few BoT attempts got an email reply
Then began the story
Several emails later after they twice asked for order page picture am my pictures again also I get told supplier has three days to respond
Five then go by an no reply from range
I then get reply asking what I want to do!
Two days go by after I’ve told them discount or return
They then ask if I can tell them which part is damaged sk they can send a new part!!!
Well as it’s a bloody chair with a fitted cover which they can clearly see on the pictures I’ve sent that they asked for in the first place boy was I mad
So now waiting for the next stupid reply from some chap called Monumart!!!!
This is my third problem with the range on line so now deleted the app an if you look at the amount of complaints anyone is asking for trouble buying from them
