Avoid at all cost. Purchased a goose down duvet on line and received a polyester duvet. Clear case of wrong item delivered and after two weeks of live chat & emai still no resolution from the range as they try to pass the buck onto their supplier!
Not good enough. Handing over to my bank for a charge back. The stress of dealing with them is by far the most costly part.
