I ordered a rug from The Range online on 6th August. When it arrived 5 days later I immediately knew it wasn't right so requested a refund. It is now 2nd October and I still do not have a refund! Dealing with customer service, I was told to wait 72 hours in every correspondence. This went on for 8 weeks. If you buy from The Range online, you are buying from external companies that you cannot deal with personally and you cannot return to the store. I am owed a decent amount of money. DO NOT PURCHASE online!
