I purchased a table online and it was faulty I tried to be reasonable but wanted the damaged part to be replaced. More than three months later I have not had a replacement though the staff/bots have claimed it was dispatched. They never follow up but lie repeatedly. The Help Centre is badly named, and their Customer Service is non existent. The worst company I have ever dealt with. 0 stars and id give negative ones if I could.
