I ordered paint from The Range, I paid extra money for next day delivery, on the day of the order I received an email from DHL, saying the delivery would be 3 days. I've been in touch with you several times without any rectification of the postage, the latent insult was to ask for the order number yet again. The order number is / was W22170360. How or why it can take so long for refunds is beyond me. I wouldn't recommend you to anyone, after service is an absolute joke.
