We bought a garden set in February 24 table and 2 chairs after 6 months only used it twice outside, kept it in our log cabin. It’s gone rusty on all the joints. They told us we would have to pay for a independent accessor to come and check it. After many emails and us not backing down they arranged for someone to come out to check it. We have now been told that that we let it get damp. It is totally untrue. When you look at the furniture it’s like brand new apart from all the joints. So if you buy garden furniture from the range don’t use it outside. Disgusted with this company. If zero was optional they would get zero
