We made the mistake of ordering a LED bathroom cabinet. It arrived in good time but when the electrician hung the unit it was buzzing so badly that he switched the electric off immediately. He told us it was dangerous as it was shorting out, so removed it and repackaged it immediately.
Then I found out just how bad the Range is. Trying to get in contact I was fobbed off. Finally got through on the chat, they wanted a video. I explained it was dangerous and couldn’t do a video. They then said they had to contact the company that supplied the cabinet and I had to wait for their response. Over a week later I sent an email demanding some update. Two days later I get another email saying the supplier wants a video. I have replied again stating it’s dangerous. They are expecting me to reconnect a unit with an electrical fault back to the mains electricity and risk life and limb so THEY can have a video! I’ve told them what I think of that.
I’m currently talking to my bank to try and get my money back through a card dispute action.
I wish I’d seen the reviews here.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
It’s disgusting they get away with this. My contract is with The Range, my payment went to The Range. They should be refunding my money and they then take it up with the third party supplier.
I will never shop there again. In the stores or online. You have been warned people. Do not buy from the range website!!!!!
