My 84 year old mother has been waiting for a refund for over 10 days now and no sign. We have contacted your customer services and been told that they are awaiting further instructions from the retailer but still no sign of a refund.
This is dreadful service, and is also resulting from a dreadful service that resulted in our needing a refund.
At what point does this get resolved and we recieve our refund. We are already leaving reviews on truspilot and Google.
