If I could give your customer service 0 starts I would. Absolutely appallingly service. Wanted to return a faulty rug, after many many emails sending photos answering the same questions and providing the same answers time and time again, I was no nearer to be able to return the item. Then, there were no replies to my emails. I am now stuck with an unusable rug. Absolutely disgraceful. The CEO of the range should be thoroughly ashamed of himself providing customer service like this.
