Ordered an item in November, still not arrived by Christmas. During the wait I tried to contact the Range. Emails were returned by the Postmaster, saying their inbox was full. Tried again, same thing. Filled in an on line form, included copies of original emails sent.
Now 30th December still not heard a thing from The Range, and no idea who was supposed to make the delivery. They have taken my Payment which I have obviously lost.
