Single white wardrobe had scratches on door, didn’t realise until assembled after several emails they sent another door which was damaged, I asked for full refund and they said disassemble it and repackage as it was when delivered 🤣
😡 once back they would inspect it and decide on refund amount.
I said knock 30% off and I would keep the original wardrobe, after sending out 2 damaged packages I thought was fair, they weren’t having it, this has been going on since before Christmas.
