Don’t order from The Range.
I ordered some garden furniture.
I had FIVE Scheduled Deliveries and not one even left the warehouse.
Two I was told on the morning of Scheduled Delivery it was taking place. The rest I had to call each time to be advised the delivery was not taking placed. This is after a confirmation text and email with time slot.
The Range simply don’t care. They cancelled my order after the fifth failed delivery.
Their Customer Service is horrific. It’s almost like a scam. Each email is not fully read. Their responses are copy and paste, generic replies. A new person deals with your response email so there is a lot of repetition or them not understanding fully. There is no phone number to call and no formal complaints process.
I would think carefully about ordering from The Range. I have had three weeks of consistent issues and no resolution.
The Range are not on ‘Resolver’ which I think is a sure sign of the level of service you can expect.
