Placed an online order and cancelled it soon after as some of the items were not even available, yet they still had the nerve to take payment the next day. Then there were ongoing issues with their ridiculous chat process, no opportunity to speak to anybody, and they even got two orders completely mixed up so were stupid enough to not even recognized the two different reference codes. A week later, and I am still chasing this farce of a service, to get my money back.
This will be the first and last order placed with this store.
