Ordered an item online but within the hour realised the description did not match the photo so tried to cancel. However they do not offer a telephone number on which to contact them. They offer 'BOT' automated chat, which is worse than useless, WhatsApp or email 'contact form' that promises to reply within 48 hours which is likely to be far too late. The parcel has now been dispatched! What company don't offer a contact by phone facility??! This has been a very frustrating experience! I will never shop online or instore ever again.
