I purchased a 3 seater sofa and a matching reclining chair, which was advertised with £50 off if purchased together.
They delivered the sofa, and informed me that the chair was out of stock, and they'd inform me when it became available.
It was duly delivered around 4 weeks later, BUT as I never purchased them both together, I never qualified for the £50 discount.
Shocking service from after sales, who couldn't seem to understand that it wasn't my fault the chair was out of stock!
Never been back in their shops.
