I purchased a critter keeper pet box - I would have bought 3 but of the 2 in stock 1 was broken. I asked if they could get more and although it was below stock holding staff were not able to order more. "Just keep coming back and looking" I was told. 3 months on and the only one in stock is the broken 1. I have been back numerous times. What a pathetic system!
