Cannock-Tried to return some Christmas lights bought a couple of weeks ago (they were not suitable)
The returns policy states 28 days however on Christmas items only 14 days so no refund possible just a store card credit for the value.
This additional refund policy is not stated on the web site or on goods receipt, however there is a small notice on the customer services desk.
Poor customer care poor management, caveate emptor !
