I purchased a tv unit in November and by early February it had massive cracks all along the back. Within the 30 days of receiving this I checked and this was in fine condition. When speaking to them this week they have said they is nothing they can do as it’s out the time frame. Personally I think it’s disgraceful they can’t even offer anything of good will as a returning customer, I will not be rushing back anytime soon.
