I bought two fans this morning and neither worked. I took them back and the staff put them together again and tried them and they still didn't work. I got a refund right away so no quarrel with the staff but I have had to return numerous items over the past year and the goods seem to be very low quality. I know a lot of stuff is inexpensive but they should be fit for purpose. It does put me off from shopping there again as I have had to return so many items. I wonder how happy the staff are working there as they get so much hassle.
