Only one till working, dealing with a lady asking about curtains. Asked if I could pay for my one item at the refund desk. The till lady said yes, unfortunately the man on the refund desk said no.
There were very few people in. Went to Homebase and was treated with a smile. That’s another two customers lost forever.
