Portsmouth branch
Really frustrated as I was treated unfairly today in that branch. Went to return a faulty blender that my husdand bought a few days ago. Surprisingly, the manager did not want to refund us. They came up with reason that this has been used and is not resalable. Very bad customer services. Staff including managers started pushing me and calling me names in front of customers. Horrible experience!!! Still in shock and demand answers
