Wouldn't even give this a one star if I didn't have to. Absolute joke of a company trading standards should be involved. Been trying to get hold of someone at customer services for days, even spending up to 50 minutes on the phone. One word of advice
DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. Customer service is none existent. You have to get hold of someone at Customer Services to get a return authorised, what a joke - no-one answers the phone, so how can it be authorised ?? Terrible do not use.
