ZERO STARS!!! Requested next day delivery, stayed in item did not arrive. Rearranged for another day, stayed in, item did not arrive again. Had to have this item so went to store for it. Need to return original item. On phone 3 times for 35 minutes three times (do they get a premium from the phone company for keeping people on hold I wonder) Got a very rude person in The Range Customer "do not" Care Department. Said I would have to return item at my own cost which is absolutely disgusting. It is not my fault you do not get your orders out on time. Sort it out The Range. Look at all your terrible reviews and do something.
