I ordered paint and was promised a two day wait for it to arrive at our local Leyland store. After 4 days of delay and the bedroom in complete disarray because of the lateness (involving still sleeping on the floor at aged 67) I attempted to make contact. This involved waiting on the phone for up to an hour with no reply.
We travelled to Preston and found the paint there. HOWEVER, they would not accept my online receipt and I had to pay AGAIN.
I kept trying to cancel the order and ask for my money back. This went on from Monday to Wednesday and included hours of unanswered telephone calls and emails. Then - I recieved a mail saying the paint was at Leyland. I will now try to get a FULL refund including an unreasonable £3 delivery!!!. Watch this space. I advise people NOT TO DEAL WITH THIS FIRM!! They are a disgrace.
