ordered via the Range Website, called for 5 days holding on for average of 40 mins no answer.
i ordered 29.11 told delivery would be 5.12 - still waiting its the 12.12
told its not even them that supply and all the can do with the supplier is email them and wait for a response? i will not get gift sets this late on now and i guess i have to wait on long queues to get my refund if they don't deliver which is now very likely - told i still have time to make other arrangements - no i don't there will be no gift box sets left and also I am busy hence why I ordered 2-3 weeks ago. not happy and have little reason to believe this order will be fulfilled.
