Instantly assumed I was a thief!
I am disgusted with this store. The loss adjuster (plain clothes security guard) followed me everywhere from the minute I walked in. I had no coat, shopping bags or handbag to conceal anything. Where on earth did he assume I was going to put anything?
I had one of their trolleys and was outfitting an entire flat, I went elsewhere. Their loss. Never again.
