Less than one star if that is possible. I have tried to cancel my order immediately after placed and have no success all week to get hold of anyone. I am told to call back. I have tried all sorts of extensions but there they just keep me hanging. I have tried their social media also. Now the order is on the way I wish to refuse it as if I have to call them for permission to return it will be the same number. Do not deal with this firm.
