Ordered expensive garden furniture on 11th April text to say it will be delivered on the 20th April that came and went no items. Customer care non existent spent a fortune on phone calls waiting to be put through finally had a text on the 23rd April items will be delivered on the 30th April Hooray items turned up on the 30th table damaged and 1 seat cushion missing I have got no hope in hells chance of getting hold of anybody to report this. I think Trading Standards comes to mind
