I have rang 03450267598 numerous times and been on hold for 90 mins each time and at vary to different times i.e early morning, afternoon and late afternoon to no avail & costing me a fortune using my mobile no one ever answers. I have been into your Blackpool store twice to ask about my missing item each time there has been plenty of staff but no one willing to help as they say no one picks up the phone for them either. Customer service person at counter says she wouldn’t advice anyone to order on line! I realize we are in unprecedented times but Customer service for online customers is shocking! Please can you arrange for my item to be delivered forthwith or refund or both. Sent letter to head office
