Would i order again from The Range. Don't think so.
Place an order on the 10th April and was informed that there would be a delay on the delivery due to Corona. I can live with that. When it did arrive the delivery man left the boxes at the front door.
One of the boxes was burst open and when i went to assemble it one part was missing.
Sent an email and the reply was phone the company. After 20 minuets you get an answer.What they wanted was a picture of what was missing. Duly sent an email with said picture and the reply was phone the company.
Another 20 minuets or so later i got an answer. Operator looked into what i was looking for and said the part would be dispatched.
Now we are into week three and no part.
So i think this is as good a reason as any for not purchasing again from this company.
