This is my experience of ordering from The Range: place order, wait, think of the current crisis and wait some more, then polite email - no reply, call - no answer, another email - auto responder now says emails aren’t managed, call and wait for over 1hr - no reply, send an email again just in case - nothing, open up a PayPal dispute - no reaction.
I will wait out the PayPal dispute, and otherwise see what options are available via small claims court simply because no company should behave like this.
I couldn’t say strongly enough, I wouldn’t order from The Range and it seems as though something quite wrong is happening with them.
