A two seater chair bought as a present has broken after 18 months. Email contact is impossible hence 12 calls to customer services. Each time on hold for 20 minutes with no queuing system information to let you know that they are actually answering calls and I still have not managed to speak to customer services after trying over a period of a month. Seems customer service is non-existent.
