Ordered a TV chair online, was given 2nd June as expected delivery. On 1st June XPD sent me an email to say they had attempted a delivery and that a card to reschedule had been put through the door. Problem is, it wasn't my door but a random door down the road, saw it on the tracker app. Changed delivery to 2nd and 3rd June, waited in all day, nothing arrived. Cannot contact delivery firm, they tell you to contact your supplier, we have spent several hours since 1st June trying to get through to The Range Customer Services. Sent 5 emails to them and just get an automatic one back to ask me to call. This and being on lock down for 11 weeks is depressing me, I am crying everyday with frustration and still no chair. Have now emailed to cancel my order and tried ringing to cancel with no one answering after 20 mins,. What more can I do!!! I want my refund now because as usual the money has left my account, yesterday I drove 20 miles to the store local to me and they could not help. My dispute is with the delivery company XPD and not them so that was a total waste of my time. Will never order anything from The Range again.
