A fraudulent service you run. You take orders online that you cant possibly deliver on time. 45 minutes on hold to customer services just to be told its the suppliers fault. The range took our money for the orders so then its the ranges problem. 7 days i am giving you for the delivery or a full refund iff not then i will ring trading standards. I cant understand how a company who relies on customers to operate as a buisness can have so many negative reviews and do nothing about it.
