Order a sideboard. Came damaged yesterday. My husband could tell before opening the box it would be damaged as it had be wrapped in parcel tape around the end as if it had been dropped.
Tried to call customer service Appalling service. Waited for 1hr no response cut off. Now can't get hold of them at all now. Emailed many times . Now have a damaged item sitting in a box in my living room. Goodness knows when I will get any kind of response let alone a refund. Won't buy from them ever again.
