Ordered a Bowland stone circle on 19 May, money went out of bank on 26 May - still no delivery. Spent nearly three hours on phone over last two days and still not spoken to anyone. Tried to message them on Facebook reply said only contact is by phone BUT THEY ARE NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE. Tried email but got an automated reply saying the inbox is no longer being monitored and to PHONE. Live chat is also not working. Just don't know what to do next.
